Delivery area

The standard checkout path currently supports delivery within Poland.

If you are interested in shipping outside Poland, please contact us before placing an order. Such shipping, if available, requires an individual agreement on the cost and delivery method.

Available delivery methods and costs

The delivery cost is charged for the whole order and depends on the selected delivery method. The current amount is visible during checkout before the order is confirmed.

  Pickup at the selected ORLEN Paczka network point.

  Cost PLN 12.00

• InPost locker / pickup point

  Pickup at the selected InPost locker or pickup point.

  Cost PLN 17.00

• Pocztex / Polish Post

  Registered delivery to the address provided in the order.

  Cost PLN 17.00

Dispatch timing

After the payment is credited, the order is prepared for dispatch.

The parcel is usually handed over to the carrier within 1-2 business days, and no later than on the third business day after the payment is credited. Delivery time depends on the selected delivery method and the carrier.

Returning ordered books

If the buyer withdraws from the contract, the ordered books should be returned to the address indicated in the terms and conditions. The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

The parcel should be sent in a way that allows it to be effectively delivered to the indicated address. Please protect the books properly for transport.
